Terms of Participation

  1. The participant agrees to promote the products sold on www.siamgstore.com through online content, personalized links, email marketing, or other lawful channels.
  2. Commissions on sales generated through the affiliate code will be paid according to the specified plan (10% for each confirmed sale).
  3. Payments will be made monthly via bank transfer, PayPal, cryptocurrencies, credit or debit cards, upon reaching the minimum threshold of €200.If the affiliate prefers to use the due amount to make purchases or apply it as a discount toward a larger purchase within the SIAMG Store, the amount can be deducted as a shopping credit, without triggering any invoicing or income taxation for the promoter.
    The total amount of due commissions may be frozen by the promoter to be paid out in a single installment after accumulating additional subsequent earnings.

    For Italy, by way of example only, it should be noted that:
    If the commission payments occur 2–3 times a year and the cumulative amount does not exceed €5,000 annually, this may be considered an occasional and non-continuous activity, thus eliminating the need for a VAT number or business registration by the affiliate promoter.

    If instead, the commission payments are made regularly on a monthly basis, this will be considered a continuous activity and therefore subject to business registration and VAT number, although generally, one year is allowed to comply with regulations. For this reason, we recommend consulting a tax advisor for any clarification on the matter.

    After the customer’s right of withdrawal period has passed, the sale will be fully validated and the promoter’s commission will be paid accordingly, except in exceptional cases where a refund to the customer is required due to extraordinary circumstances.

  4. The affiliate partner agrees to:
    • Not engage in spam or deceptive advertising
    • Not use the brand without written authorization
    • Not mix SIAMG Store items with those from other companies or brands in pages, showcases, or advertisements that display the SIAMG Store logo
    • Comply with local and international laws applicable to the customer, including those on privacy, advertising, and competition
  1. The affiliate relationship is non-exclusive and may be revoked at any time by either party.
  2. The participant can access the digital platform panel (in their personal dashboard) or receive email reports with statistics, links, and promotional materials.
  3. To keep the affiliate code active and continue receiving the corresponding commissions, the promoter must log into the SIAMG Store platform at least once per month, performing a logout and login, and checking the specific section where updates and training for affiliate promoters are provided through dedicated Zoom calls and informational videos.

    Additionally, at least one purchase order per month (every 30 days) must be made to keep the affiliate code active, regardless of the purchase amount spent by the customer or the promoter. In such cases, all customers who make purchases within the SIAMG Store will remain linked to the promoter indefinitely, effectively creating a personal customer base tied to the affiliate promoter’s code.

  4. If personal purchases are made, they will be eligible for a 10% discount off the public price. If one of the promoter’s customers becomes an affiliate promoter themselves, the commission on all their future orders will still be 10%.
  5. For wholesale or stock purchases (with a minimum order of €1,000 and a VAT number or RUC code), a 20% discount is available. In this case, the promoter who referred the reseller (through their referral) will receive a 5% commission on these purchases (instead of 10%). The registration for Business Customers is available in the top menu of the SIAMG Store platform.
